Motivational aspects of learning while studying clinical disciplines in a medical college

Анотація. У статті розкрито поняття «мотивація» та «професійна мотивація». Вказано на роль мотивації у професійному становленні майбутніх медичних працівників. Репрезентовано досвід з формування мотивації до навчання у здобувачів освіти під час вивчення ними клінічних дисциплін. Розглянуто кілька форм позааудиторної діяльності, участь у яких підвищує мотивацію майбутніх медиків до опанування клінічних дисциплін.
Abstract. The article reveals the concepts of “motivation” and “professional motivation”. The role of motivation in the professional development of future medical workers is indicated. The experience of forming motivation for learning in students when studying clinical disciplines is represented. Several forms of extracurricular activities are considered, participation in which increases the motivation of future doctors to master clinical disciplines.
