Анотація. розвиток комунікативної культури у студентів є важливою складовою успішної організації освітнього процесу закладу фахової передвищої освіти. Ефективна комунікація сприяє створенню комфортного середовища для навчання, розвиває навички співпраці та вирішення конфліктів, а також підвищує загальний рівень успішності. Тільки через комплексний підхід можна вирішити існуючі проблеми і підвищити рівень освітнього середовища.
Abstract. The development of students’ communication culture is an important component of the successful organisation of the educational process at a professional higher education institution. Effective communication contributes to creating a comfortable learning environment, develops cooperation and conflict resolution skills, and increases the overall level of academic performance. Only through an integrated approach can existing problems be solved and the level of the educational environment.
