Анотація. У публікації розглянуто напрямки діяльності методиста закладу освіти у реалізації зовнішньої та внутрішньої систем забезпечення якості освітнього процесу крізь призму його професійних компетентностей. Узагальнено механізми, інструменти, процедури та заходи щодо забезпечення якості освітнього процесу. Акцентовано увагу на особливостях зовнішньої та внутрішньої систем забезпечення якості освітнього процесу та на зв’язку між ними.
Abstract. The publication considers the directions of activity of the methodologist of an educational institution in the implementation of the external and internal system of quality assurance of the educational process through the prism of his professional competencies. The mechanisms, tools, procedures and measures to ensure the quality of the educational process are summarised. Attention is focused on the features of the external and internal systems of quality assurance of the educational process and the relationship between them.
