Анотація. У статті висвітлено роль викладача у формуванні та становленні особистості, яка є надзвичайно важливою. Викладачі мають вплив не лише на академічний розвиток студентів, а й на їх життєві цінності, соціальні навички та моральні переконання. Вони виступають як наставники, рольова модель і джерело натхнення для студентів.
Abstract. The article highlights the role of the teacher in the formation and development of the individual, which is extremely important. Teachers have an impact not only on the academic development of students, but also on their life values, social skills and moral beliefs. They act as mentors, role models and sources of inspiration for students.
